Refund policy

We want you to love what you wear. If something isn't right, here's how returns and exchanges work at Chosen by God.

Return window. You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Condition. Items must be unworn and unwashed, with the original tags and packaging intact. Returns that arrive worn, washed, or without original tags and packaging cannot be accepted.

Return shipping. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original (outbound) shipping charges are non-refundable.

Size exchanges. Need a different size? Return shipping is paid by the customer. We will issue store credit toward a new size or exchange the item for the size you need, subject to availability.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, we cover it. Email us within 30 days of delivery at chosenforgod3@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we will replace it or make it right at no cost to you.

How to start a return. Email chosenforgod3@gmail.com with your order number before sending anything back. Items returned without contacting us first cannot be accepted.
